Dr. Pung joined Independence Women's Clinic in 2018. She grew up in Wichita, KS and is married with two small children.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology and Psychology at the University of Kansas graduating with University Honors, a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Missouri Kansas City and is Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Pung is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Kansas City Gynecological Society and a fellow of the Youngblood Society. Dr. Pung feels that Obstetrics and Gynecology is an exciting and rewarding specialty that allows her the ability to empower and educate women regarding their health care.
